3. Account Registration and Security
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on btn99. Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts, the forfeiture of all balances, and a permanent ban from the platform.
Account Information Accuracy
You are required to provide truthful and accurate information when creating your account and whenever you update your profile. btn99 reserves the right to verify the information you provide at registration and at any subsequent point. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in account suspension, voiding of bonuses, and forfeiture of balances pending withdrawal.
Account Security Obligations
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password or OTP with any third party. btn99 will never ask for your password via chat, SMS, phone call, or email. You must notify btn99 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. You agree that:
- btn99 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has shared or failed to protect their login credentials.
- You must log out of your account when using shared or public devices, including internet cafes common in Dhaka, Chittagong, and other cities in Bangladesh.
- You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account regardless of whether you personally authorised that activity.
- You must keep your registered mobile number active. If your number changes, you must update it in your account settings promptly to preserve access to OTP-based verification.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
btn99 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through local payment channels including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. All financial transactions on btn99 are processed in BDT. btn99 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Deposit Conditions
The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. btn99 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used. Deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes on the platform. btn99 does not accept deposits made on behalf of third parties and will return such deposits if identified, minus any transfer costs.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

- btn99 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus or promotional offer at any time, including revoking a bonus that has already been credited if there is evidence of abuse, multi-accounting, or breach of any other term in this document.

6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on btn99. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Using the platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes as defined under applicable law.
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform's game logic to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings accumulated through software exploitation will be voided.
- Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human interaction mechanism to place bets or interact with the platform.

- Opening or operating more than one account, or allowing a third party to operate your account on your behalf.
